Supported by Innovate UK, this grant offers up to £30,000 to help early stage companies based in the city region to boost the development of their innovative AI products or services. Grant funding can support up to 45% of salary costs for hiring skilled individuals to work on an early experimental development project. With a project duration of up to 6 months, this funding is designed to accelerate your AI initiatives. All grant-funded activities must be completed by March 2025.
You may be eligible to apply for up to £30,000 grant funding if you:
Own or work for an early stage company with an AI centric or tech focus

Are operational in Greater Manchester
—
Have a clear project idea to further develop your new or improved AI products/services
—
Can fund 55% of the salary costs to employ an individual to undertake the project
